 About Kat

About Kat

I went to Ireland for the first time in 2009 and spent two and half months exploring the country, a large part of the time in southwest Cork. I fell in love with Ireland and that smile on my face reflects it! A seasoned world traveler since the age of ten, I've taught English in China, spent summers in France, and taught international yoga and nature workshops.

I'm an experienced Forrest-Yoga trained instructor with Wilderness Adventure training through Wilderness Awareness School. In addition I'm a vocalist and dancer and love trading songs! Contact me and send me your favorite.
